Eligibility Criteria for CWC Recruitment 2026
Nationality: Citizen of India or subject of Nepal/Bhutan/Tibetan Refugee before 1 Jan 1962 or Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries with certificate of eligibility from Govt. of India.
Age Limit (As on 15.11.2026):
- Minimum 18 Years for all posts.
- Maximum 28 Years – Candidates should not have been born earlier than 16.11.1998 and later than 15.11.2008.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules. Departmental candidates with at least 5 years service left get relaxation.
- Defence persons must be relieved on or before 15.11.2027.
Educational Qualification (Post Wise):
- Assistant Manager General: MBA/Master Degree etc. (as per detailed ad)
- Assistant Manager Technical: Degree in Agriculture/Entomology/Microbiology etc.
- Assistant Manager Finance: CA/CMA etc.

- Wait list to extent of maximum 100% of vacancies under each category may be kept.
- Assistant Manager (General, Finance, Technical, Engineering-Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) on qualifying will be appointed in prescribed pay scale initially and placed under probation. They must furnish Bond to serve Corporation for minimum two years of Rs. 1,00,000 at time of joining.
- Junior Executive (General, Technical) must furnish Bond of Rs. 50,000 for minimum two years.
- No person dismissed from Corporation or State/Central Govt or PSU or convicted for offence involving moral turpitude is eligible.
Identity Verification: Call letter + original photo ID (PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Card/Bank Passbook with photo/Photo ID issued by Gazetted Officer/Aadhaar/E-Aadhaar/College ID) required. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License not accepted. Name on call letter must exactly match photo ID. Female candidates who changed name post marriage must note.
