Eligibility Criteria of IOCL Apprentice Recruitment
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum age shall be 24 years as on 30th September 2026 for General/EWS candidates.

Selection Process of IOCL Apprentice Recruitment
- No written test will be conducted for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment.
- Selection will be based on merit, considering the overall percentage of marks obtained in all subjects across all years/semesters of the required qualification.
- Candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time will be given preference.
- In case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher. If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate with higher Matriculation marks will get preference.
- PwBD candidates who received relaxation in qualifying marks will be considered against reserved seats based on merit within their category.
- The final engagement will depend on the availability of seats and suitability of candidates. The management may leave seats vacant if suitable / sufficient candidates are not available.
