Eligibility Criteria for Kokrajhar University Recruitment 2026
For Registrar / Academic Registrar / Controller of Examination / Deputy Registrar / Deputy Controller:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in UGC 7 point scale.
- At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above or with 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above including as Associate Professor.
- At least 5 years as educational administrator or comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institution of higher education.
- For Deputy posts – At least 9 years experience as Assistant Professor in Level-10 and above.
- Working knowledge of computers & networking is mandatory.
- Desirable for Controller – Conducting University Examinations, confidential work and computerization of examination work.
For Finance Officer:
- Bachelor’s Degree along with at least 8 years experience in Finance and Accounts in University or Govt. Organisation or PSU.
- Desirable: Master’s Degree in Commerce / Economics / Statistics, Computer literacy, knowledge of Tally and other relevant software with good interpersonal skills to oversee finance, accounts and stores matters.
